Need loud alarm when noo connection note8 and s3

Would like to see a solution where both the phone( Note8 ) and watch
( S3 ) sounds loud and aggressively when BT is no longer connected.

Do you have an app that sounds an alarm that you can choose? If so, take any annoying ringtone, run it through Ringtone Maker, increasing the level as far as you can until it starts to distort (or keep going if you want something really annoying) then move it to the Alarms folder, and choose it as the alarm tone. (I'm a bit hard of hearing, so I use a plain old telephone bell as my ringtone, but increased in level to the point that even I can't miss it.)
