Question Need some help on android 24

Does anybody know who to fix this problem? idk what happened but like,, my phone just did this and i cant seem to unlock it since i have a password and stuff and i dont have face recognition,,,
Plus most restarts and power offs require ur pass or fingerprint which i cant do rn hope sm1 sees this i only got to take a picture of it in my laptop(need help asappp)

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone is that? A Samsung Galaxy S24? Or is it an off-brand or no-name phone with "24" in the name somewhere?

Most Android devices can be forced to power down by pressing and holding Power for about 30 seconds. (On Samsung devices, you may have to press and hold Power and Vol Down together for at least 10 seconds instead.)
