This new problem affects both my wife's S7 and my S8. We are with US Cellular in Maine. We do EVERY BIT OF COMMUNICATION with our phones using "voice to text" (so much so that when we leave voice mails, we say "period" at the end of our sentences!)
What happens is that we hit the microphone, it comes on, we say a few words, the microphone shuts off without recording. We hit the mic again, and all is well for that message. This happens 100% of the time now. We are almost used to now hitting the mic, saying blah blah, watching for the mic to cut out, then hitting again. Like that's our normal process now. This is of course, too silly to talk about with a straight face. Anyone else have this problem, or more importantly, has anyone SOLVED this problem?
