Need to turn on phone with no battery

Is it possible to power on an lg android phone model lgl33l without using a battery only using an usb cable.
Like is there a way to do this without having to either A get a new battery or B brake it all down and try somehow to touch wires to the positive and negative tabs on the motherboard itself.

Most phones don't allow this as the Battery completes the circuit. If connecting the charger to the phone still yields no power, and you're absolutely certain the issue is the battery and not the charging circuit, then the only way to do this is to bypass (hardwire) the battery terminals AND protection circuitry.
