Need to unroot and lock

I did a search and couldn't find a thread on unrooting and locking the bootloader. My GNex earpiece speaker stopped working and I want to exchange it for another GNex. I didn't install any ROMs, I rooted for Titanium Backup and a few other apps that use root.

Please help. Thanks.
