Need Update FE01 for SCH-i905 Verizon Tab 10.1

I want to upgrade to Jellybean 4.2.2 using CM 10.1 but found out that I would need to do a few updates before it will work. I'm currently running version 3.2 Honeycomb which on my Tablet is EL01. After much research I found out that I need to be on ICS update LP11 in order to root the tablet and upgrade to 4.2.2. I also found out that in order to upgrade to ICS LP11, I need to first update my way to FE01.

I have been searching for days and have been unable to find somewhere to download the FE01 update. Can someone please tell me where I can find this file?
