Is Wikipedia reliable source for the information?

If you are looking for scholarly citation sources then Wikipedia is not a good place to look for information. Schools typically will ask that you limit sources from Wikipedia or other similarly types of online websites. If you are researching or looking for information for reference then yes, it's a good place to look. I'll suggest accompanying Wikipedia information with factual or accepted references.
