Needed: Tough case and Anti-glare Screen Protector HTC Evo 4G (not LTE)

I recently got an EVO 4G on the cheap with a bad ESN for use in paintball applications.



Anyone got any strong recommendations for an anti-glare screen protector (since I'll be outside) and a tough as nails case? Thanks in advance.
