Welcome to Android Central! What does that error message have anything to do with your neighbor taking over your wi-fi? What makes you think that's happening? Do you have your wi-fi network set up with a good password?

Although your warning msg does not indicate someone taking over your WiFi, the easiest solution if you are worried is to change your WiFi password.

You can also take it a step further by resetting your gateway, then setting it back up with a different SSID and a strong password.
