Nest notifications

How are the Nest Notifications on the Active 2? I am interested in the watch but last year I had the Samsung Galaxy Watch and when I got a notification, it would just tell me to check my watch whereas with my Apple Watch it would display a short video clip of what it saw.

This app is no longer available or I can't find it in the app store and I used to have it on my Gw.
