Netarchy's new kernel 4.0 based of the current release

4.0.2 now. For those that overclock.

New Revision: 4.0.2

Notes for Revision 4.0.2:
- People having stability issues with overclocking to 1152 *may* find it is a bit more stable (your mileage may vary)

Hey LiquidJesus.. random question here, do you or anyone know what the Snapdragon processor in our EVO's is capable of being overclocked to? Not just as in right now, but just based off specs alone. I read that the hummingbird processor was capable of 1.6 o/c .. so just curious if we're able to get the software tweaks right, what we could potentially o/c the snapdragon to. I've been rocking 1.15 and 1.19 o/c on my CM6 nightly with d3xStar with zero issues.. 1.2 o/c is still buggy though.

Decided to try out 4. 0. 2 and ran a few more quadrant test and got 1424.

From what i understand overclocking isn't based entirely on the processor. One were to figure that we have the same Snapdragon as the N1, which has be OC'd to 1.3.

But it will also depend on your specific build. The slightest factory differences make the difference. Its why some can OC to 1.2 and others cant.

Hello all Fairly new to this and wondering if this kernel includes support for cpu temp monitoring using setcpu on droid x?
Thanks
