Netflix 101.1.8 error Netflix 101.1.8 error

Hello,

Whenever I download any Netflix shows or movies for offline viewing and if I try to watch it after few days I get the error 101.1.8, the only option then is to delete and download again.

This problem only arise if store the content for few days, no issue if I keep if for a day or two.

I tried few option available on net, but nothing works.

Is it storing to Internal Storage or SD card? If it's storing to SD, can you see what happens if its stores to Internal instead?

I am.storing the data to internal storage, I am.not.using SD card

You probably saw this already, but Netflix does have a help page on this: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/60195. But all it says is to delete the file and re-download it.:-\

Yes I have done that too, including reinstalling the app. but the problem is not resolved.

Judging by all of the hits on a Google search, it sounds like a relatively longstanding problem that Netflix hasn't figured out and/or hasn't bothered to fix. I can only suggest sending feedback to Netflix about it.:-\

I agree with you.. just disappointed, one of the main purpose of getting note 9 was for Netflix.
