Netflix - Audio/Video Issue

Just got around using Netflix while waiting for the wife at the train station. I noticed that the audio and video were not synced. I couldnt find any menu options within the Netflix app to tweak anything. Anyone else having this issue and/or could suggest a fix?

I was using the Photon on 4G with relatively excellent signal. Video and audio quality was fine, but they just were not synced with each other.
 
Its probaly the video itself. I dont see that on my Photon. Uninstall netflix then reinstall and see if it helps.
