Netflix HD on 3s?

Does the netflix app run HD streaming on the Zenpad 10 3s? It's not on the list of HD devices on netflix but the previous year's models are. It seems weird that the newer ones would not be able to do this.

Just got around to installing Netflix on my s3 10. It does not appear to support HD playback.
