netflix no longer working on the v?

tried to new apk files from xda..keep getting connection error?anyone able to get past this?

The apk from the android market should work fine. Its just that u might have to modify ur build.prop so ur phone looks like something else for it to show for u but u can set the build.prop back and the apk works.

Just tried netflix it works (running a froyo ROM so still get the green bar) but I did get a message that there is an update available. I chose not to update and it plays. There is a chance something went wrong with the new one.

Not sure if it is specific to the V since the old error message we got, before it was modified, was "Device is not supported" or "Device does not support Netflix"

I am running AOSP 0601 and I just updated Netflix and it still works fine and without a green line
