Netflix, no video only audio.

Hello everyone.

This is a problem that has persisted for months. Netflix used to work fine on my phone then all of the sudden I got the black screen problem. Audio works fine, even the subs, yet the video is gone. I've rebotted, uninstalled and installed again and nothing.

Can anyone suggest anything ?

On the screen, there is a brightness regulator for netflix when you tap the screen. Same overlay to skip episodes or pause the movie. Far left side of the screen on my S8.

I noticed it when i was having this issue. I guess i hit it closing out of netflix. My screen would fade to black when the movie would start.
