Netflix not connecting, except on WiFi

Hi everyone,

Up until a couple days ago, I could stream Netflix on my phone on the cell connection. Now, it will only connect if I'm on WiFi. Otherwise the screen stays at the logo, until it times out.

I'm on a stock Razr Maxx, with a Verizon unlimited data plan. I'm not sure if this is an issue with my phone, or if Verizon is blocking access to this. I usually only use around 5 GB a month, and never over 10. Anyone experiencing something similar or have any suggestions?
