I think he means the new Netflix pricing plan that was announced last nite and not the Verizon tiered data plans.

I don't understand why you would do that now. It doesn't start until September 1st right?

Also I can't wait for Netflix on Incredible 2. I was messing with apk's last night after getting gingerbread but only managed sound, no video.

Yeah, they want to to pay almost double for what you get now. Its to "better serve your needs" by having you take 2 plans, a steaming plan and a dvd/bd at home plan. Combine however you want and spend more money! Who doesn't want that?

I had it working under CyanogenMod 7 before I went to a rooted GB update. Now I have no video but sound like everyone else. It worked under a different OS Mod.

Same for my gf's phone. Tried to see if updating flash would do it but no go. There has to be something that will fix it though

Well of course not officially but there have been workarounds for other phones.

Like that one guy who just said it worked on CyanogenMod 7.

Which I didn't know about and if I did I wouldn't have updated and would have rooted.

That's why we need a thread to discuss these things.

seems as though Netflix needs to get on the ball and make it available for the inc2 dagnabbit Maybe they will pick up a few more subscribers since the lost a bunch recently due to the changes to their plan
