Netflix (uninstalled) keeps popping up. Every 2 or 3 minutes!

The tablet can be on sleep mode, desktop, Facebook, doesn't matter. Big blue eye appears and "Instinct" starts..picture and sound or sometimes I only get sound! That was the last show I watched.

Welcome to Android Central! Which tablet? How did you uninstall Netflix? If you look through the Settings>Apps​ list, is it still there?
