Network connection failed

Hi...i have a galaxy s6 edge and i updated to marshmallow few days ago first it was good but now whenever i turn off my mobile data and i lock my phone when i turn the display on is shows like a pop-up notification and it says:"Network connection failed" i tried to restart the phone and i did a network reset but still the same

Hi

You will join many with issues after the MM update. Here are 2 things you can do, hopefully the first one works:

1. Enter Recovery and Wipe Cache Partition. This will not delete any data, or alter your settings.
2. Full Factory Reset: THIS WILL ERASE YOUR PHONE TO FACTORY SETTINGS. Backup your device.

I ALWAYS recommend full factory reset after every major update....that's just me, some don't have any issues, unfortunately, you're not one of them. Please let us know if you need any further assistance!

I just tried factory reset but unfortunately no results...what should i do? Now my mobile data is not even turning on
