network connection problem with lg v20 h990ds

i has anyone solved the lg. v20 service issue. radio off. & please don't suggest reboot, or putting in the code that brings up ping test because. the device imformation option 1 says not available on this device. It's not the sim. Sim info shows up on phone. Just can't use data, make calls or messages. Wifi works
any advise would be appreciated

"can't use data, make calls or messages" is a carrier issue, not a phone issue, unless the SIM port is bad.

I suggest that you take the phone to your carrier and ask them to get your account working - that's what I suspect it is, a mis-provisioned (set up incorrectly) account.
