"Network disabled because..." error after 6 months

So I've had this phone for at least 6 months, and I've not had problems connecting to networks. I've connected it at home, at work, and at various public locations.

However, yesterday the phone stopped connecting to the network where I work. It connects everywhere else fine, and I've made sure that all of the usual issues ("always allow scanning", "Auto network switch", etc) are not the problem.

Is there something that could have changed without me knowing it that is causing this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! It often has more to do with the work network. You've already tried forgetting the work network, then trying to connect again? Or rebooting the phone? Or wiping the cache partition? Reset: Samsung Galaxy S 4 | T-Mobile Support

The only one of those that I hadn't tried was wiping the cache, but after doing that it still isn't working. I've been able to connect to this network for as long as I've had the phone, so I'm not sure why it's being weird now.

Is the work network secured with a password, or do you have to log in on a welcome page on the browser?

It's a password, and I know I've got the right one. I think I'm the only online having this problem if that helps.

Do you have access the router at work? Would you be able to reboot it, by unplugging the power, waiting 10 seconds, and plugging it back in again?

Unfortunately I'm not high enough on the food chain to have that privilege.
