Network Lock Error

Hello - I purchased a Oneplus Nord N200. When I put my SIM card in, it gave me this error message:



I'm not sure what it is or how to fix it. When I put the SIM back in my old phone, it worked. My carrier is Mint if that makes a difference. Thanks for any help.

It looks like the phone is carrier locked to a different carrier. Where did you get the phone from?

thanks for the replies. I bought it on eBay, so I contacted the seller and they agreed to let me return it. Thanks again.
