Network or sim card error in samsung s7 edge

I'm getting network or SIM card error while trying to activate call waiting options in call settings. Please someone help me to fix this. Attaching error screen shot

Welcome to Android Central. The only one who can resolve those issues is your carrier. Are you sure your carrier account includes call waiting?
