I have an unlocked 64 Gig S6 Edge arriving Monday. I ordered a wireless charging stand already. Did I need a screen protector? What other goodies should I look for?

I will need to visit the AT&T store to get a sim for my account. What version of Android should I expect to upgrade to?

Good luck.
Screen protector is always a good idea. Also a cover may be.
Just couple of things. Dont use fast charger use a normal charger. People havin prob with that i.e. over heating and random screen cracks. U can read about it.
2nd battery time on stock is rubbish so if planning to install custom rom make sure you follow method which does not trip knox upon flashing. Because once knox triped you have no more samsung pay and warranty.
So enjoy your phone to max for couple of weeks then move to custom roms etc.

Have fun.

I would defo get a screen protector.
I wouldn't say don't use the fast charger, more like just use it when you need it. Ie at night your sleeping so you don't need the fast charger but if your going out and need a quick top up while getting ready then use it. Well that's how I use mine and my battery life's great.

Here are the two assessories coming from Amazon tomorrow:

ArmorSuit MilitaryShield - Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Screen Protector [Full Screen Coverage] + Black Carbon Fiber Full Body Skin Protector / Front Anti-B

Itian A6 3-Coils Multi-function Qi Standard Wireless Charger for Tablet PC / Mobile Phone - Black

Good choices?

My unlocked S6 Edge arrives tomorrow. I assume it will come with 5.0 Lollipop. Before I do much with the phone I will want to update to 5.1.1. But probably the first thing I do (perhaps before I even unbox) will be to head to the AT&T store to get a sim for my AT&T account. Can they push updates at the store? It would be great to get it all in one stop........

I would first look for a case. With glass on both sides the phone if slippery in the hands.

Don't worry about the fast charging. Fast charging is all I use and have had no issues.

With the Gorilla Glass I see no need for a screen protector. I didn't have one on my S4 and I don't have one now. I dropped my S4 multiple times and the glass never cracked.

Phone arrived today as promised. Took it directly to the AT&T b&m store. While I have not had to deal with many other AT&T outlets, the store in Surfside SC is wonderful. They spent over an hour setting up my phone and doing the Android update. They also offered to install my screen protector for free. Unfortunately I left it at home. Remember this is a unlocked phone I purchased on Ebay.......

Anyway, so far, I am happy with the phone and very happy with the AT&T local staff!

After about three weeks with my phone and three weeks of reading about other users complaints and problems, I have to state that I am extremely happy with my unlocked AT&T connected 64 gig S6 Edge running Android 5.5.1. I find the battery life much better than the battery life of my S4. I do not find the phone getting hot charging or otherwise. The wireless charging works great. The fingerprint scanner is super. I am a happy phone camper!

Glad to hear you are happy with your phone. Everything you just said is what I tell people of my experience with this phone.
