New Android 9 update bug

[Android Central Question]

I just updated my phone to Version 9 and my volume goes in and out when playing any media.Its like speaker going in and out.And phone has been blacking out and not wanting to power back on.Didnt start till update.How do I go back to the last version?

Welcome to Android Central! If possible on your phone, I'd try a cache partition wipe first. If that doesn't help, Safe Mode would be another thing to try.
