Haven't gotten it either. Any of you know if it's cause I'm using ApeX 1.3? Would that prevent the market from updating by itself?

No I'm on ApeX as well. It might be like the OS updates where it's pushed out in groups instead of all at one time. Be patient, it will come.

No update here yet either. From the screen shots I've seen it looks pretty nice. At first I thought the 15 minute limit sucked but as I thought about it I never really bought an app I returned anyway

No, I can still install updates. If you are having problems with the Market, I have found that going to Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>Market and tapping "Clear Data" usually solves it.

Tried that, still getting "unable to update, please try later."

The point of the thread is that it is systematically being auto updated on our phones to the new Market, so soon you won't have a choice.

You can't if you didn't manually install it. Plus, it will be automatically updated anyway to the new one so trying to revert back is pointless.

The exact same thing happened to me. I bought my wife a Droid Pro today and she has the new market and I don't on my Droid X. Doesn't seem fair.

i had the new market pushed, but them switched roms and the new market went away....i even saved a backup of the new market in titanium but was unable to bring back the new version. weird. i guess i'll have to wait until it's pushed again or manually do it....either way, i'm not too thrilled about the 15 minute return policy but at least there still is a return policy unlike the iphone.
