New Android System Update (Aug. 25th)

I have a Sprint Galaxy S4 (SPH-L720) and this morning I awoke to find I have an OTA Android system update waiting to be installed.
I searched the net for what this update might be (since I'm already on 4.4.2 which is the latest from Samsung) but can't seem to find anything.
As always, I am very cautious with Samsung's OTA updates because they are famous for screwing up my phone up if I take them without knowing the bugs first.

So, what is this update? And has anyone else received this update?
It's pretty big at nearly 120MB.

I also just got this update and I don't know what it is for. Updates are usually announced and I didn't see word of this one. I went ahead and did it. No problems so far.

Ah, thank you.
I'll probably hold off since it's an insignificant update. I don't want to risk breaking anything until the next actual Android update.

I've searched AC and the net for an answer, but will I need to re-root after this update?
I don't have SU Pro so no OTA survival option for me.
CWM supposedly has the ability to retain root but I haven't ever done an OTA update with root before... I just want the update notification to go away but I really don't want to have to root again because I'm lazy!
