New Chromecast App: Where's the Content Discovery Features

Hi

I just updated to the new chromecast app. I was looking forward to searching across all my chromecast apps.

But the content discover isn't there! I live in France and the app update did say that some features weren't available in all countries.
Is this one of the features unavailable in europe or France?

Or am i missing something obvious?

Strange, if I VPN into France or USA and force close and restart CC app I get an extra bit above 'my apps' showing content from YouTube and Google play etc, but not if if I just stay in UK. Maybe a few early glitches that will disappear?
