New "Corner" Menu

For some reason, whenever I go to silence a ad in an app, or try to select the bottom right letter in Words with Friends, I get this new, weird pop-up menu...

Anyone have any ideas on where it came from and how to get rid of it? It is really messing with my ability to interact with my apps...

This is an original Droid Turbo, that is no longer on Verizon, so there have been no OS updates recently done (Verizon has not updated the OS since I left either)...

Welcome to Android Central! That's a common "feature" that other apps will sneak in, often associated with ads. "Phone cleaner" apps like Clean Master are notorious for this kind of annoyance. Do you have anything like that installed?

I'm having the same problem with my Galaxy Note 4, also some Verizon. I don't have Clean Master or any if the other apps mrntioned either. THIS THINK IS RRREEEAALLLYYY ANNOYING. Is there anything elserious you can suggest to stop it ANNNNOOOYYYIIINNGGG!
