New Default Wallpaper Missing?

Not a huge deal, but the new wallpaper is not on my 2nd gen Nexus 7. It's on the box.

It made wonder if I was sold the 1st gen device but it is definitely the 2013 version. Anyone know what's up? Thanks.

Make sure you do all of the updates. Go into the settings and about hone and check system updates to make sure you are in fact up to date. You should have the new wallpaper after the install.

I'm having the same issue even after updating through settings, supposedly I'm all up to date although the default apps have now all just begun updating too.

Its not a deal breaker it just makes me wonder what else might have failed!
