Hi,

I would like to get a new device for ~600$ (500 Euros). I really often play games like Hearthstone and would like to have a big screen to enjoy my time in public transportations. I used a Nexus 5x so far and really liked the Vanilla Android. I also use my phone to make pictures. Can you give some hints what the "best" devices for my needs are?

Welcome to the forums, messyOne! I do have a few recommendations for you, based off of your price point and your wishlist of features:

OnePlus 5T
- about 500 Euros
- decent camera
- close to stock Android, so you'll have a similar experience to what you had on your 5X
- 6" screen and 3300 mAh battery; so video watching and gaming will be more enjoyable
- also has the latest processor so loading and running applications will be smooth

LG G6
- approximately 430 Euros
- 5.7" screen and 3300 mAh - good for gaming and video viewing; also feels great in the hand due to screen-to-body ratio
- waterproof
- AOD
- camera is decent - still gets the job done
- good display from what I've heard

For both phones, I used GSM Arena as a reference guide. I will link both articles to you in another post, as I can't paste for some reason!

If you have more questions, please feel free to ask; and please let us know what you decide!

Thanks for your replies. I also looked myself and stumbled over the Honor 10. I'm wondering since it has crazy specs and isn't that expensive. It seems to be better than the OnePlus.

The Honor V10 is a spec beast! I have the Honor 8, so I can tell you from experience that the Honor brand/EMUI is awesome! It's a very clean and fluid experience. If the V10 is anything like the 8, it will have good longevity and great features. I've also heard very good things about the camera on the V10.

Honor 10 is good.
If you can get a Mate 9 or Mate 10 in your budget those are great devices too, large screen, good processors, great battery life and really good cameras!

Good luck.

Mate 10 ist too expensive, but the Mate 9 would work. Specs for the Honor better though. Is is all about specs or anything else I have to watch.
