No I was sent three defective replacements in a row. There is a problem with the multitouch. It will freeze the phone completely when I zoom in all the way on the browser. Also I down loaded multi touch tester and one finger freezes on the screen. Not acceptable.

Have you tried a different battery - Tony Bag o Donuts went through 4 or 5 replacements over the summer,and it turned out to be a bad battery that was the root cause.

Just a thought.

I have not but I the screen is perfectly fine in my original device, which is having software problems

OK - Sounds like the Battery is not the issue. Figured I'd throw it out there. Sorry man - I feel for you.

thanks...if the forth is still defective I dont know what I should say. I would probably just take them all to the store and request a new one
