New firmware R381XXU0BOA2

I picked up my S5 yesterday afternoon to find a message that a new firmware update for my Gear 2 Neo had been downloaded. No other info. It is R381XXU0BOA2. Im in the US outside DC. Has anyone else got this update? or am I the only one?

No, haven't found a change log. From Sammobile.com website, I know it is Tizen 2.2.1.2 and they say it was released Mar 1, but I found another one that said Feb 4. But that's all I could find so far.
