It will only currently work on a gingerbread based ROM, it won't install on bumblebee or Harmonia because they are 2.2 (Froyo). So if you want to see it install asop cm7 or other cm7 ROM.

What I did was I backed up my current ROM (Harmonia) and then installed Aosp to check out the market and get a feel for it. After I was done I restored to my original ROM, unless you want to stick with aosp.

I just downloaded it and I have a mostly stock ROM. It looks great I like there new layout.

Yeah mine is a rooted stock 2.2.1 rom and I installed it and it works. Just a tad bit slow but works.

New market looks great I suppose. My biggest complaint, it jumbled the reviews..... now I dont know if an update is buggy or not! Can I revert back?

The new Market runs on my bbrom but my bbrom is an old version.

The new Market has an app updating problem. Sometimes, single update will not work. Most of the time multiple update will not show being finished even through the update does finish.

I've gone back to the old Market.

I just restored to a older backup of the market and until this is pushed to me I wont be using it.
For some reason if it sees a app in the google market and it need to be updated it will notify you repeatedly to update. However I have apps from amazon appstore that cant be updated via google market. So I had a updates are available notification for apps that cant be updated in the market place. Nothing serious but damn annoying.

I'm sorry I don't have a link to the current version. I just recovered using TB. You could always install gapp zip. I think that has market in it.

Thanks, I ended up just going to settings > applications > manage applications then selecting it and saying uninstall updates. I Never noticed u can do that before.

I just downloaded it sent it to my dropbox. Went to my dropbox app hit the app then it asked if I wanted to install it installed and bam!

as far as some of the problems everyone is having i have had no problems with single or multiple updates and the only time the market is slow is when my networks lags out but even then its not bad

LeslieAnn said it would. No matter what one you use it will force close.

Seriously just restore a older version and let it be pushed to you.

Also for people changing roms everyday or three times a day it will take about 5 days for the marketplace to push the new version to you. I got the push today and I had installed the newest version of IHO on the 4th.
