Lol. Some are just loyal and will stick to what they know (in this case iOS) as opposed to changing to what may be a better experience to them at the expense of a learning curve. It's not that they're sheep, they just prefer to stick to what they know and minimize change. To them, its just a phone, they're not all enthusiasts. That's where a lot of the mentality arrives from. My beloved little wife is a perfect example of this. She refuses to even give android a chance because she doesn't want to have to learn how to use it. Some of us love change so discovering Android was a no-brainer.

Well, Apple themselves seem to think their users are enthusiasts. Which is why they are adding Android features with every new release. Replaceable keyboards and widgets are a good example.

They may think their loyal customers are enthusiasts of THEIR brand but the KNOW most of those customers are NOT phone enthusiasts in general.
