New LG G3 and play store won't work

Just got a new LG G3 and Google play store won't work. Cleared cache and put back to factory settings and just won't work! Help

You've created a Google account, and done all the other setting up of the device?

Yes I went back to Costco where I bought it and they had a number of people through that day with the same problem. They restore to factory setting and everything worked fine for a day and now when I open play store it's blank. Costco thinks it's a software problem and to simple wait for a new update????

Welcome as a new member.

Since Google Play Store is not working you've got nothing to lose by trying other things, if you haven't already, such as Force Stop, Clear Cache, Clear Data, then Power Off and Restart.

If no go, try Uninstall Updates.

However I'm not sure it will be as simple as that....I'll see if I can get some help from more knowledgeable members.

I would return it for a replacement. This issue sounds more like there is a problem with the system image that a factory reset will not cure.

Are you still able to take it back?
