hi! i have had this phone for a week now and am really digging it. but i have more noodley questions if anyone is still here...
in the GALLERY on my HTC ONE i could check and uncheck albums to hide or see. with this phone i do not see that option. and the phone keeps adding albums for instagram etc that i do not want or need.
EDIT: replaced the gallery with PIKTURES to have an easy hide/show option (among other added features)
also my gmail does not seem to be syncing. i received a meeting update that did not arrive or appear on my phone's calendar. and also my three email accounts (two are gmail.com and one is through gmail) don't seem to be pushing? i am not sure if that's the proper term but usually i am notified immediately when i receive mail. sometimes on my phone though i don't see new email until i select "all inboxes". is this an app problem? is there a better one for handling gmail than gmail?
EDIT: trying INBOX by gmail, and replaced calendar with CAL by any.do. we'll see...but i think the problem, like gmail, has something to do with priority inboxes or only pushing mail to the last opened account? i have two gmail addresses...and i would like them both to be polled or pushed equally.
lastly, and sorry for being so android ignorant...how do i add notification sounds? there are only two that i like and i need a third!
