New M8S box will not load past the 2 initial Mlogic picture then the MBOX screen.

New M8S box will not load past the 2 initial Mlogic picture then the MBOX screen.After this it does nothing. tried the hard reset on numerous occasions but wont even enter recovery mode. waited over a month for this box , so now totally gutted. Please can anyone help???.
