New N1 Owner with AT&T

Hi,
I just received an N1 for AT&T bought off of eBay yesterday. So far, I'm really liking the experience!

I am concerned that I don't have the latest version of Android though. My friend with the N1 on T-Mobile has a Froyo 2.2.1, where mine is still running 2.2 build number FRF50.

I tried to update the phone through the 'System Updates' option, and it claimed I had the latest. Is that true? Is there a later version, and a way to force the update?

Thank you! Turns out my phone was rooted and your link helped get me back to a non-rooted install (I think, still in process). Thanks for the quick reply!

Glad to hear you're liking the phone. I'm trying to buy one off ebay or craigslist as well potentially, and I'm excited to hear that people are still satisfied with it even though it's almost a year old, and a newer version just came out!

Well buy one from Google. You will feel more secure if you do. No rooting and BRAND NEW! That's what I am going to do.

Unfortunately I am not a developer, so I can't buy the N1 on Google.
