New Nexus 10 ... No multi user facility

Hi, I just got my new Nexus 10 yesterday. It is running Android 4.2, but there is no facility for me to add another user to the machine. i.e. in settings, under the "device" heading, there is no subheading called "users"! Can anybody help me with this please, as, being my first tablet, I'm lost as to how to get it.

It should be right under apps. Where did you buy it?

Hi again. I'm sorted. I did a factory reset and it still wasn't there. After a couple of minutes it asked if I wanted to update to Android 4.2.2. I did this and the "USER" option came up!

4.2.2 or 4.3? We are mostly all on 4.3 now.....
