New Nexus 4 purchase: Anyone get a shipping notification or tracking number?

So, you got your shipping this morning and then got your phone later in the day? What country if you don't mind me asking?!

Well, my notification arrived early this morning and the N4 arrived at lunchtime. Just firing it up now but the first thing that I've noticed is that my HTC One X fits nicely into the housing in the box that the N4 came out of, although it's a bit fatter and sticking up a little. With that useless information imparted I'm off to set up.

Your sitch seems dire, have you called Google Play and asked about shipping? I did and the guy said latest we will see them is Monday. (Also said earliest we might see them is tomorrow but eh...)

Uh, yes I did call Goggle, now 3 times since Tuesday. Twice to cancel 3/4 phones I somehow "ordered" and once yesterday about shipping because of my circumstance. Dire deesh!

Order 11:46EST Tuesday and still nothing. Just 2 phones sitting in my Wallet saying "Shipping estimate: November 15, 2012". Thanks for nothin Google...

Where did you hear this about the Canadian orders?

This info was provided to me from the Play Store rep when I called last night. Take it for what it is worth, but she said a similar thing happened with the Nexus 7 on its release.

I call bull on the Canadian customs comment. That doesn't make any sense at all

Again, this is the info given to me by the Google Play rep for whatever it is worth. I'm assuming she would be referring to a bulk shipment of the phones to a distribution centre somewhere in Canada.

No notification here yet, and have two charges on my CC so it looks like I may get two even though when I called Google they said I had only ordered one. I received another email from them stating that it should be shipped by evening today so we'll see how that works. If I happen to get two I'll end up selling one.

Yup BS on the Canadian hold up...just called google myself and asked them and they said that's not true, the phone will be shipping out hopefully today or tomorrow morning. Was told to expect a shipping notice by tomorrow morning and there's a chance I will get my order by Friday but Monday at the latest (I'm a Canadian customer).

Not the story I was given from the Play Store rep I talked to, so who knows who is correct? Hopefully they will ship sooner than later as I too am a Canadian customer for whatever that is worth.

I see one person got a shipping notification and the device a couple hours after, but in the UK. Hopefully that can happen here in Canada.

Got a tracking number at 4:13AM EST. Still unable to track through UPS though.

woke up to a shipping notification email. tracking number shows nothing on the UPS website. hopefully i get it before the weekend is over

Has anyone's order date (I'm guessing that's what it is) on the play store changed?
I placed my order: Order Date: November 13, 2012 9:35:56 AM UTC-7 and my play store date has been changing:
