New Nexus 4 purchase: Anyone get a shipping notification or tracking number?

Think the N7 went on sale 13 July. I ordered on the 21st and got mine before some who were back ordered. Can't say how that worked out but those who were back ordered had to wait for a certain shipment to come in and for those who ordered out of the play store once they went back up got theirs pretty quick. I got mine three or four days later, although, when I ordered the play store said 2-3 weeks for delivery. It's just a mess with no order to it at all.

At least Limbo land has that sense of hope that you can dig up if you dig hard enough. Mine's back-ordered and there is no sense of hope, even false ones. Does anyone know how soon N7 was restocked after launch?

Got the white 920 this weekend. It's nice. The apps aren't that bad, just depends on what you like. For a work phone it's great. I would get it just because of the office intergration. Next phone will be a WP.

This is stupid..I am one of the first to order and I get nothing...this whole thing just gives me an incentive to checkout W8 mobile...might just grab me a 920 and cancel this thing...shipping to those who ordered after me is an insult for someone who has been with Google and Android since conception...way to screw your loyal customers Google....

Some others earlier in the forum had that issue. Not exactly sure why. Someone called them about it. I suggest you should as well.

Yeah, I bought a 16GB at 8:47am pst and a 8GB at 9:00am pst and no e-mails. Is anyone getting an issue where you can't purchase apps from the Play Store with the same card you ordered the Nexus'es on? It gives me a bunch of different error messages, including that my account is on hold, but I can order with another card. I'm wondering if it's related to my order being in limbo.

My play store order status is also screwed up in that it shows I ordered 2 bumper cases and not a phone and a bumper. This is just maddening, how can a company who handles billions of visits to their site and sends billions of emails a day not be able to handle a simple phone launch??? I don't want to cancel my order as I still am very interested in receiving my phone, I just want to know what the heck is going on? I'm giving it until tomorrow (Saturday) and then I'll be calling Google and UPS one more time to find out any more information. After that I just will give up and who knows, it may just appear out of thin air.
