Just got my note 4 about 3 days ago. I absolutely love this phone, screen is gorgeous, camera is stellar, build quality is top notch and the specs are nothing to scuff at either.

2 things. The pictures it takes tends to oversharpen things and I find some grain around the picture.

The battery is supposed to be amazing. I had a g2 before this and it spoiled me with battery life. I find the note 4 about equal in terms of battery life sometimes even less than what I got on my g2

Otherwise I absolutely love this phone. Proud new Note 4 owner. Android for life.

I like the way pictures look with the stock camera app. I was reading online and someone posted a third party camera app called Snap Camera. It's supposed to take pictures that are not as sharpened as the stock camera app. Check out the app and see if you like the pictures it takes better.

Welcome and as time goes by using your Note 4 battery life should improve.

I'm new to the N4 also, (roughly 2 weeks) battery has improved some and still getting better. Couldn't be any more pleased with this beast of a phone !

Never underestimate the power of the S Pen

Battery definitely seems to be getting better, thanks guys

Your G2 was doing a lot less, that you're Note 4 can keep pace with its battery life at twice the resolution. And with wacom support running all of the time is pretty amazing.

Posted by my Note 4, or Nexus 9...****, maybe by a Note 2014 ed. or hell...maybe it was this Nexus 4 or 5...oh, snap...there's Nexus 7. okay, I need to clean...

Also a new Note 4 owner, coming from an HTC M8. I was nervous after hearing about lag and camera issues. I am simply amazed by this phone.

I notice this especially with the front facing camera when taking pictures indoors, regardless of lighting. Often times the white balance is way off. Just wondering if there is a way to manually apply settings for the front cam? Outdoors, the front cam is superb. I haven't had too many issues with the rear cam though.
