New Note 4 Setup

Got a new note 4 to replace my windows phone. This is actually my secondary phone and my primary is a Droid Maxx (for now).

So I already have a google account I am using with my Droid Maxx. When setting up the Note, I entered my google email. I also selected the option to save the settings and restore. I am wondering if this is ok since the only other phone on the account is my Droid Maxx. It seems like it is downloading all my apps which is fine.

So it is ok to have selected restore. I remember years ago this cuased problems on phones and at the time I thought it was best not to restore.

It's fine to restore, makes life a lot easier. It restores your contacts and automatically download your apps, even the saved WiFi credentials I believe.
