New Note 8 update, can't open apps!

Title says it all. I can't open Amazon or YouTube after the update today. My camera froze as well. I've done all the clearing cache and data stuff, as well as uninstalling updates. Anyone know how what's happening?

Hi welcome , safe mode try if still same then factory reset.

Welcome to Android Central! In Safe Mode, you'll only be able to test preinstalled apps, but that probably includes YouTube, at least.
