New note tablet?

I am waiting for something that will be the same specs and quality of the newly released tab s 2 tablet, and that will keep the 4:3 ratio, but with an spen. Has samsung given up on the note series, or is a tablet like this likely by the end of the year? Thoughts?

Sounds like it should be a no-brainer for Samsung, but Wacom might not be so willing to cooperate on a tablet digitizer since they might see that as butting into their own territory.
