New Orders / Shipping Estimates: HTC One 32GB Unlocked from HTC

I ordered mine on 5/1 when the htc online shop (for the 32GB unlocked) said "In Stock". When I called them, they said it'll most likely ship today as they're getting new stock (5/3) but there's no guarantee. Every day the status changes to the next! Anyone else have this issue? Anyone with recent orders gotten a shipping email yet?

Also, I should add it is executed from LetsTalk.com. The annoying part is, when I ordered it, it said "In Stock" and there's a message that says orders placed before 2pm ship out the same day - which didn't happen. I'm now hearing estimates of 5/23 from the customer sales rep (who cannot say whether my order will ship now, next week or anytime before 5/23, or after 5/23....)
