New Phone SD card change

I searched and did not find this topic so please excuse me if can be found somewhere else.

My Droid Razor Max will be delivered tomorrow.
Right now my HTC Incredible has a 32 gig SD Card.
Is there a way to change the card the Maxx comes with and keep all my data without copying everything to my computer, and copying stuff back?

Just swap SD cards. I came from a rezound to the maxx and my card works perfectly.
