New problem: Map view not working

I have yet encountered a new problem.

Since today (haven't used my car for 2 days) the map view doesn't work anymore. So if I am in Android Auto mode on my 4100NEX everything seems to work fine, except when I push the navigation icon. The screen changing animation start and then it turns back to the home screen. Navigation still works as turn by turn voice information is played.

Anyone else has this problem?

I am really frustrated with Android Auto - it seems to be one big pile of bugs. And nobody seems to care at Google
(while Apple Car Play runs a 100x more stable)

Friend had the same problem

Tried uninstalling/installing both Android Auto and Maps
It fixed it.
Thinks it was the maps

Probably could just have cleared the cache and/or data

I reinstalled Android Auto. I will try maps - sounds like a good tip.

It was something wrong with Google maps. Now it's working again. Thanks for the tip.
